Featured Multi-Family Project

Pentagon Apartments

The Pentagon Project is a 202-unit apartment building consisting of 205 prefabricated modular units.  The prefabricated units were manufactured at the Rise facility in Owatonna, MN and trucked to the construction site and assembled on top of a precast parking structure.  USM provided the storm piping system, domestic water, and waste & vent systems serving the amenity, common and parking areas.  We connected the pre-manufactured plumbing systems in the modules to the site installed plumbing system.
