Sanford School
- New middle school addition and building remodel
- Project consisted of three new classrooms and remodeling three existing
- Added and modified the combination low pressure steam system and hot water heat HVAC piping.
- Worked with the district to keep heating systems operations during school year. This was a two-summer phased project which required extensive planning and forethought ahead of time.
- At the completion of the project the building was commission by a third party commissioning agent.
- Prefabricated all carrier groups which allowed the general contractor to accelerate the schedule.
