Red Lake Nation College
Red Lake Nation College is the only Tribal College in the Twin Cities. RLNC serves Native Communities which is a unique market niche in higher education that no one else is serving. RLNC Minneapolis will be the first Tribal College in the USA serving a major metropolitan center. The new Minneapolis campus is a blend of old and new with a new event space link that ties together two existing historic brick buildings.
HVAC – Furnished/installed a new dedicated outdoor air system paired with a Samsung VRF system. Furnished and installed four new dedicated Valent rooftop units and architecturally exposed ductwork.
Plumbing - USM performed installation of a complete plumbing system including storm, domestic water, waste & vent piping, and plumbing fixtures.
