HVAC – Furnished/installed a new dedicated outdoor air system paired with a Samsung VRF system.  Furnished and installed four new dedicated Valent rooftop units and architecturally exposed ductwork. Plumbing - USM performed installation of a complete plumbing system including storm, domestic water, waste & vent piping, and plumbing fixtures.
